Yesterday our 4 year olds went to the Hontanar on a giant adventure! They went on a bear hunt! We used our map-reading skills to navigate the wild terrain going through long grass, mud, crossing a river, braving a snow storm and stumbling through a forest before finally arriving at the cave. We made friends with a bear and then helped him make his home a better place to live. We tidied up the forest and decorated with some natural art before planting some pine nuts for future creatures. Even through the children are only 3 and 4 years old, they behaved perfectly, wearing their masks like responsible adults and understanding all our measures of security and hygiene that mean that we can still enjoy our beloved Hontanar. We can’t wait to go back!
Ayer las clases de 4 años ¡fuimos de aventura al Hontanar! ¡¡Fuimos en búsqueda de osos!! Usamos nuestros mapas para navegar el terreno atravesando hierba larga, barro pegajoso, un río profundo y adentrándonos en un bosque oscuro hasta encontrar la cueva del oso. Nos hicimos amigos de un oso amistoso y a continuación le ayudamos a recoger y decorar el bosque. Aunque los niños solo tienen 3 y 4 años, se comportaron de maravilla. Se pusieron las mascarillas con mucha responsabilidad como adultos y entendieron que nuestras medidas de higiene y seguridad garantizan que podamos seguir disfrutando nuestro querido Hontanar. ¡Que ganas tenemos de volver!
